My husband realized that he didn’t have the correct documentation for becoming a Texas resident. The staff was more than willing to let us figure it out and get back in line. Ken was so kind and courteous to us both. He sat down with us, processed my husband’s information, and really got to know us. Ken stayed until 6:30 (along with other staff) and did not complain one time about processing our information well past closing, keeping in mind the long day we’d had. The employees that sat next to him were laughing, making us laugh, and keeping us company. We both walked out and said that was the best experience we’d ever had at the DPS. We are grateful for Ken and his dedication to providing excellent service and courtesy to us both.
