I went to the Houston North Mega Center location last week to renew my driver's license and wanted to share with you how impressed I was with how organized and fast the process was for me. I made an appointment online and arrived 15 minutes early. My number was called a minute or so before my appointment time. Jody Vidal quickly took care of renewing my driver license.
