I would just like to say that even during a pandemic and what is a stressful time, Linda was the nicest customer service rep!! She was informative, upbeat and works with great attention-to-detail.

I want to commend everyone I came in contact with at the Plano office.

I recently had to visit the office in Palestine to get an identification card. I was so impressed by the friendliness and efficiency of the employees in this office.

I went in to have my TDL renewed at the Gessner location in Houston. Everyone was nice and doing their best to keep everyone moving during this social distance/covid time. Alexandra processed my form.

I brought my mom into the DPS in Lubbock, Texas to convert her driver license into an ID card. She is elderly and handicapped and can no longer drive.
