I would just like to say that even during a pandemic and what is a stressful time, Linda was the nicest customer service rep!! She was informative, upbeat and works with great attention-to-detail. Although I couldn’t see a smile due to the mask, I could hear it through her voice. She made my experience at the DPS, which at times can be frustrating, painless and enjoyable. I left with a smile on my face.
