I wanted to send an email to express my gratitude to Kagan for her professionalism and hard work at the Texas DPS. She recently processed driver licenses for my daughters and was very helpful in guiding us through the paperwork required to handle the process remotely. It has certainly been a difficult year and Kagan stepped up to make things run smoothly on her end. I am so grateful that in a world where every process has changed, she has made things a tad easier. I never thought I would ever write a “Thank you” to the DPS, but here it is! It makes me very happy and proud to be a Texan! Thanks to all of you at the DPS for keeping it going.
