I want to commend everyone I came in contact with at the Plano office. That office really has it together from the person at the desk out front to the receptionist at the front door, the person that checked me in, the lady that administered the eye exam and the lady that processed the paperwork. From the time I walked up to the front desk, outside, to when I got back into my truck after I renewed my license was about 45 minutes. Every person I dealt with was very personable and very professional. I was extremely pleased and surprised with my experience with the renewal of my driver license and the way it was handled.
