I would like to give kudos to Vantrice Crayton who attended to me at my last renewal appointment. It was at South Gessner Driver License office.

I had an appointment at the Centerville location. My visit was absolutely a great experience. Darleen Deaton was very friendly and informative. This was by far my best visit ever to a DPS office.

I was required to renew my license in person and Tiffany was the very kind and patient agent who assisted me with my renewal. She spoke clearly and professionally.

I wanted to compliment Michele Lopez on her customer service in the Corsicana DPS office. She was very professional, polite, and provided several attempts on my new DL photo.

I LOVE the Columbus office staff! I live in Katy, but drive out to Columbus because we get such good service there. The ladies are always kind and treat us with respect.

I just had an enjoyable experience getting my driver license renewed during the pandemic. Probably don't hear many people saying that, but I had a pretty good time.

Patrick Thomas came out today to audit our TX DPS Alarm Certifications.

She was a HUGE help. I was unprepared, but Natalija was calm and in charge. She knew how to get me through and she took her time.

My car broke down in Jerrell. I tried roadside assistance and was told they could not help on that stretch of the highway. Trooper Knight showed up and we moved to the access road for safety.

We were at the New Braunfels office to get my daughter’s driver license. I have to tell you it was by far the best experience I have ever had at a DPS office.

In regards to getting pulled over, not only did Officer K. Parker pull me over to inform me that I had faulty head lights, he did so in a professional, very polite, and gentleman way.

Mayra is such a pleasure to work with! Her smile and beautiful demeanor calmed me down after dealing with so many issues in obtaining my Texas DL.
