My car broke down in Jerrell. I tried roadside assistance and was told they could not help on that stretch of the highway. Trooper Knight showed up and we moved to the access road for safety. He stayed behind me while I messed with my insurance. He was kind and patient and after my insurance company said their tow truck could not find me, Trooper Knight sent for one that arrived shortly after he called for it. I know this is all part of the job but I felt safe and protected because he was there. My dog and I thank him so much for his assistance.
