Patrick Thomas came out today to audit our TX DPS Alarm Certifications. Patrick was very professional, thoughtful, and thorough helping us understand the continuing education requirements that will come up due next year for us. His courteous professionalism and demeanor was appreciated by our staff and his patience in explaining the rules and regulations for staying compliant.
