Officer Kelley stopped me because I wasn't paying attention to my speed and was slightly over the limit. He was very understanding.

Officer Matlock came to our aide when our van struck debris on the freeway leaving us stranded with a flat tire and vehicle malfunctions.

Highly professional, customer engaging in a friendly and hospitable manner, providing answers to questions and concerns with all smiles, she made the visit so much worth the while.

My appointment was at 8:30 a.m. I arrived about 8:10 a.m. There was not a line outside and I had all my paperwork filled out.

I had a good experience renewing my driver license at the South Gessner location.

I was recently inspected by Trooper J. Stanley at the weigh station on I-20 Kaufman County and I would like to comment on his professionalism.

Trooper Blackburn was excellent. I appreciate the disarming way he approached my vehicle by walking to the passenger side.

My issue is now fixed! Thank you Crystal for your time and patience in helping fix this issue.

I want to express my gratitude to Charlotte at the Garland Mega Center. She was so kind from beginning to end.

Pauline was wonderful! She eased the nerves of my 15 year old son during the process of getting his permit and she made us laugh!!! Loved her personality and kind demeanor.

 I had an 8:00 am appointment to renew my driver license and was greeted promptly at 8:00 am by a joyful group of individuals.
