I would like to thank Officer Swango for his time with my driver on the morning of 1/15/2021. While we strive to be professional and compliant, we do miss a few things from time to time. The time and effort Officer Swango put forth with our driver and me to understand and proceed forward with correcting the issue is greatly appreciated. This was my driver’s first experience with enforcement, and he had nothing but good things to say.
