I just completed my driver license renewal in person at the Denton office.

I just wanted to thank the Rockwall driver license office for a very pleasant experience. I made an appointment to renew my license and was in and out in 30 minutes.

I would like to thank everyone at the Georgetown Office on Westinghouse Road.

I would like to congratulate the team at the DL office in San Angelo for their professionalism and kindness in serving a new driver in Texas like myself.

I went to the DPS office flustered and frustrated because I’d had a bad day and could not figure out how to watch a video for my driving test.

I just wanted to comment on the good service I received. With the appointment system, everything is much more efficient and less chaotic. Sunil was very calm and pleasant.

Sansulan assisted my son with his driver license for his 16th birthday. She was so kind and polite with my son. She spoke to him directly and made him feel special on his big day.

Just wanted to comment on my experience from my recent in-person driver license renewal at the Houston Gessner Mega Center.

I visited the North Lamar DPS. Firstly, this was a super pleasant experience.

Joyce has made my day a good one after helping with getting my license back. First of all I didn’t have the required mail since it was past the thirty day mark.

I had an appointment with Eric Evans, he was awesome. I forgot my permit so I was feeling a little flustered and nervous, but he made the process super easy and helped calm me down.

I went this morning to renew my driver license at the McKinney Driver License office.

I just wanted to take a moment and recognize Candace for her very professional customer service. Candace was very efficient at processing my application while also being very pleasant.

I think there is a misconception about state services and service associated with it. Hailey was amazing and professional. She followed up as she promised.

I'd like to give warmest praise and kudos to Ms. Linda from Garland Mega Center, Texas DPS. I had my DL renewal appointment and she was wonderful, very courteous, patient, and thorough.

I went to the Waco DPS recently for my son to get his driver license. When we walked through the door we were greeted enthusiastically by Stephanie Rodriguez.

As you know how nerve racking it can be when you renew your license, I would like to commend Audrey for making this a very pleasant experience.

Ms. Charlotte was a rock star with my family. Most of my experiences at the DPS in my 51 years have been bad to awful for a variety of reasons.
