I went this morning to renew my driver license at the McKinney Driver License office. I would like to compliment you on the improvements which have taken place over the past several months. I went back prior to the COVID shutdown to attempt this back before the end of 2020. I waited in line, outside in the cold for four hours and never made it close to the entrance of building. Today I was there no longer than 30 minutes from start to finish. It is now such an efficient process. The gentleman that helped me was very polite and kind and really impressed me. He made this such a pleasant experience. Just wanted to give you kudos for such improvement in the process and for having such exemplary employees working at this site.
