I had the pleasure of being assisted by LaRonda. My understanding is that working at DPS can be a stressful job between corralling individuals, occasionally taking client abuse, and fielding the same questions over and over. However, my experience with LaRonda was pleasant, efficient, and straight-forward. I appreciated LaRonda's patience in answering my questions as well as welcoming me with friendly small talk. I had asked for her opinion on the implemented appointment system and its effectiveness, to which she had shared positive feedback for. I had hoped that it would make things easier for both customers as well as the hard-working employees. Lastly, LaRonda was very welcoming to feedback that would improve the quality of her service, a clear distinction of her professional demeanor and growth mindset. Thank you LaRonda for your kind and welcoming attitude, your commitment to quality service, and your efficiency in providing me service! I additionally appreciated the rest of the staff at the DPS office in enforcing masking policy (including requiring masks to be worn above the nose), diligence in maintaining order in the queues, and most of all patience in their service to the community.
