Olivia helped me at the North Austin DPS. She was very patient with me as the first set of documents I emailed was encrypted.

I am sending this email to send Angelica Villarreal a shout out for her great customer service. Not only was she great, but the other employees working were cheerful and pure smiles.

I just wanted to say thank you to Marisela from Garland Mega Center. She was so helpful both times that I visited for a first time driver license here in Texas.

I wanted to share my experience. I went to Carrollton Mega and every step of the way I just kept making mistakes, not having my paperwork right, missing my spot in the line etc.

My daughter and I had appointments at the Denton Driver License office and you can quote me on this, we had so much fun.

I recently took my 91 year old father to the Midland Center to get an ID since he had to give up driving. I had heard horror stories about this center so I was dreading going there.
