Very polite, respectful well-mannered young man. He explain all details thoroughly so you can understand. One of the program system went down, so he explain what was happening and offered me the options to reschedule another day and time or a call back when the system is back up and running. Many representatives says they will call back and never does, but this young man called back like he said within an hour. So I wanted to commend this exceptional customer service representative for a job well done.
