I wanted to take a minute and let you know what an INCREDIBLY helpful person Cynthia Allison has been, and continues to be!! In my opinion, she has on multiple occasions, gone above and beyond, to be of assistance, when I have approached her with pressing or time sensitive issues. Not once during this difficult time (Covid-19) has she not, immediately returned a call, responded to an email and exceeded expectations, when providing assistance and finding ways to navigate the issue at hand. I figure that she “mostly” has a thankless job, so I wanted to take a moment and let you know that she exemplifies the “Courtesy and Service” portion of the department’s motto. I ask that you please pass along these compliments to the appropriate person(s) within the department, so that her superiors know that she is doing a GREAT job, and I assume she rarely gets “kudos” that she deserves. I would really appreciate you making sure she receives the recognition she deserves, she has been an invaluable resource in making sure drivers are able to remain behind the wheel, delivering the product the rest of us rely on daily!!
