I came in to get a new driver license, as I was from out of state.

I just wanted to say that Julia Flores from the Texas Department of Public Safety in Kingsville was super nice and friendly.

I would like to thank Alice for helping me work through the process of obtaining a new driver license for Texas, as I was from out of state.

Amy was so extremely helpful, and she made the process of everything great.

I had the pleasure of working with Jaslyn Drones at the Rockwall DPS. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and overall, I had a wonderful experience.

A customer called to let us know she was very happy with Rebeca and her willingness to help.

I am so thankful for his help. He has the patience to listen to my concerns. We got disconnected, and I didn’t expect him to call me back, but he did.

I made an appointment at the Hillsboro DPS to get a first time Texas driver license. I came in on a Friday and had everything I needed except for a second proof of residency document.

I would just like to say that everyone I dealt with at the Dallas South Mega Center was awesome.

I had a driving test this morning with Keith and I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to him.

Mr. Cox was very personable and kind. I was just renewing my license this visit, but I always stress whether I have everything I'm supposed to have when visiting the DPS office.

I went to the Waco Driver License Office where Danique Tucker assisted in transferring my Louisiana permit to Texas.

I brought my 91 year old mother into the Garland, Tx location on I-30 to get a new ID. After all the paperwork was completed, we went to Zinthia's window for her to complete the process.

I am so happy and thrilled to have reached Rod this morning. He solved my problem and was very nice and personable.

I just wanted to take the opportunity to thank Clarence Caldwell for his patience and excellent customer service helping resolve documentation issues and making my daughter's first visit

Mr. Thistle was polite, accommodating, and helpful. He instructed me where to go and even escorted me to the counter where I was assigned to go.

Chris turned what could have been a long and boring task to get a Texas DL into a wonderful morning and a pleasant experience. He was very professional, courteous and a real pleasure!
