I brought my 91 year old mother into the Garland, Tx location on I-30 to get a new ID. After all the paperwork was completed, we went to Zinthia's window for her to complete the process. She was so sweet and very patient with us while we fumbled to get needed documents for her to complete her part. She had a smile the entire time and did not rush us. She took my mother's picture and even showed it to her to make sure it was ok to use. We also had talked with Zinthia in the office on a previous visit and she was so nice and patient. We really appreciate the service she provided us!
