I just moved here from Cincinnati, OH and I was nervous about the DL transfer process. Sherry Lozano was the unlucky one, who got me. I did not have correct documentation, instead of sending me away she went through all the documentation that could work. She was very patient and understanding while I emailed her my lease and cable bill. Sherry was still very patient with me when I said, “I was transferring my CDL.” I had filled out the regular driver license application. She gave me the proper documentation and put me in the waiting room, to be called after next customer. I got the new documentation filled out and was able to run and grab my physical documentation. She was very thorough and made sure I had documentation filled out and was able to get my DL. I really appreciated Sherry’s patience, understanding and amazing customer service! She truly made me feel welcome to Texas.
