This email is to pass along my sincere appreciation for the recent visits by CJIS Auditor Craig Lopez. His expertise, knowledge and assistance have been invaluable to us and I have heard nothing but very positive comments in the past few months regarding the great tools he has shown us as well as his motivation and availability.
