After trying the DPS website to get an appointment without success I stopped by the DPS office in Port Lavaca. Both employees were very helpful explaining the new document requirement.

I am so thankful for his help. He has the patience to listen to my concerns. We got disconnected, and I didn’t expect him to call me back, but he did.
