I just wanted to let you know that Jeremy did a great job and made it quite an enjoyable experience. The new appointment system worked great. It took me 25 minutes to get in and out.

Sunil was very polite, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. Also, the Houston North Mega Center was very organized and followed high standards of hygiene and sanitization. Congratulations.

First of all I would like to thank all the staff who work at Houston North Mega Center for the work they do every day.

I had an appointment to renew my driver license at the Dacoma location. I got there a bit early. We lined up outside according to socially distance marks that had been placed. I got in a bit early and was out early.

Rachel was awesome!!! My son was there for his driving test. She was so helpful and knowledgeable with everything. Most importantly she was kind.

I had an appointment at the Corpus Christi location and I would like to commend Isis for her service. She went out of her way to assist me in renewing my license.

Patricia was amazing!!!!! She was very polite, professional, and very helpful and she got me in and out as quickly as possible. It was a very nice experience going to the Jacksonville office to renew my license.

I would like someone to know how well your staff is taking care of business at the DPS in Cleburne. The people that took care of me were outstanding. Not only professional, but caring.

I just want to take a minute in a very busy day to brag on someone. Cheryl Cox has been a tremendous help to me in the SOR.
