As a new resident of Texas, I made an appointment for a first time license at the Spring Mega Center. Monique managed all the final paper work, confirmations and photo taking. She was a delightful person to deal with, warm, friendly, courteous and overall very professional in explaining the procedures. I would rate her as a gold star employee!
