I spoke to Dawnell in the customer service department. I just wanted to say a big THANKS to her for her courteous and kind help. When I called her I was in tears and she was so kind and helpful! If she had not gone out of her way to help me I would still be an unlicensed driver here in Texas. I just wanted to share how wonderful she treated me during my distress and how well she dealt with me being so upset. Her professionalism and ability to listen to my concerns really went a very long way with me and I just want her to get the praise and compliments she earned!!! She deserves the recognition!!
