I wanted to write and express my thanks to Jennifer Kokal who helped my wife and me with our license. This was just before the state shutdown for the virus and the facility was busy and a lot of tension around.

I made a visit to the Houston North Mega Center on Veterans Memorial, and initially I was pretty nervous about being turned around or having to wait in long lines, however I was serviced so fast.

My experience with the Woodville office was outstanding! The music that was playing was very enjoyable and made the environment so calm and relaxing.

My wife and I visited the New Braunfels location to renew our driver licenses. A pleasant surprise awaited us. We were greeted with smiling faces at the check in counter.
