I just wanted to recognize the help I received from Jaslyn at the Rockwall location. She reviewed my records and determined that my birth certificate was not on file. When I ask what I could do, she suggested I go directly to the Rockwall County Courthouse and obtain a copy of my birth certificate. She also told me that I would probably be able to return to the office before they called my number. I obtained a copy of my birth certificate and returned to the Rockwall office in time for my ticket to be called. Sally processed new my license renewal. She was very friendly, efficient and helpful. Due to the helpfulness and kindness provided by these ladies, I was able to renew my license the same day. Thanks to the entire staff at the Rockwall DLO.
