On the morning of January 24, 2020, I had just returned home from a local retail store in Sherman where I had picked up a chair for our home.

My son and I went to get a new identification card and license. Jennifer was great and went out of her way to help.

My compliments to the desk staff at the Gessner Mega Center for going above and beyond when I lost my social security card while I was in the process of renewing my license.

My dad had two different people assist him with getting his driver license renewed.

Rachael was so kind, empathetic and personable as I observed the interactions with her customers. As I waited for my number to be called, I was hoping that I would get called to her line. My hope became a reality.

We had an appointment for my 16 year old to have his driving test. When we walked in, Cindy was being somewhat berated by a frustrated customer.
