The following is a listing of live instructor led workouts that are led by instructors from TX DPS or other Texas State Agencies, such as the Texas Office of the Attorney General or Texas Department of Transportation. The workouts accommodate a variety of fitness levels and you do not need a gym or a lot of equipment to have a great workout, as most of these workouts are completed with limited to no equipment. Remember to modify the program to meet your specific needs and goals, and always speak to your medical provider before starting an exercise program.
