I just want to let you know that your employee, Trish Davilla, is extremely polite and helpful.

I had an appointment at the Plano DPS to renew my driver license. I went, expecting the worst.... long lines, long wait, and brisk employees. I could not have been more wrong!

The ladies that I worked with were very professional and caring about the issue that I was having problems with.

I just arrived in Texas about three months ago. My first visit to the New Braunfels Driver License was a great experience. I was there and once again and they were excellence.
