I went to the Carrollton Mega Center to renew my license. Once I was seen, I was greeted by Nasim. He was highly professional, patient and seemed to truly care about helping me get through the process.

I’d like to take this opportunity to commend Mr. Buggs for his services during our recent CJIS audit.

While I appreciate that Law Enforcement is a sometimes viewed as a "negative" I would like to recognize this officer. I broke the traffic laws by going over the speed limit...he was kind and very professional.

I believe that actions have consequences and if I incur a traffic offense, then I accept responsibility. I also know that people are all too eager to write a complaint but rarely a compliment.
