I’d like to take this opportunity to commend Mr. Buggs for his services during our recent CJIS audit. We had fairly new IT personnel (to Police and CJIS), some reorganization in the department and had just completed the implementation of a new CAD system (Flex) and needed more assistance than usual. Mr. Buggs was diligent in his responses and communication with us at all times. His dedication to the security of CJI was always a top priority but so was our success. He, along with his obvious experience and knowledge, was greatly appreciated and commended by all!!
