I was stopped by Trooper B. Tinsley in Gonzales County. Trooper Tinsley was very professional, conducted a perfect seven step violator contact and was professional when discussing the violation. Trooper Tinsley is the perfect example of the courtesy, service and protection that is exemplified by The Texas DPS. My hope here is that Trooper Tinsley is recognized for his strict adherence to the core values of The Texas Highway Patrol.
