You have a wonderful employee in your Texas City Driver License Office. Brenda has unique combinations of a welcoming nature while professionally performing her duties in a most expeditious, friendly manner.

Mary was most helpful in assisting my driver license renewal. As I failed to provide all documents necessary, she gave me a list of what was needed and where I could obtain the correct documents.

I wanted to let you know that I had a very pleasant experience renewing my driver. I couldn’t make an appointment online but I went in anyway.

The employees at the Columbus Driver License Office are the most professional, customer oriented and happy employees I have encountered in offices across the country.
