I recently had to get a replacement TX Driver License, and Diana Rodrigues at the Midland DL Office was very helpful and knowledgeable with the process of replacing my license.

I would like to give kudos to Offer Terry, C Region 1 District D area 15. I was having issues with my tire and I did not know how to work the tire machine. Officer Terry was willing to assist me.

Thank you for serving us and the hard work that you have done so we can be safe. I know this isn't a gift, but it's the thought that counts and I really appreciate all of you.

This was the easiest and best experience I have ever had at a DPS office. Lisa was so friendly and helpful while getting my son his permit. She even brought me my purse to my car that I left sitting on the counter!

The entire process of renewing my driver license was nearly seamless. I was seen as soon as I arrived and was done in less than 15 minutes. No having to wait in line.

Despite the additional safety measures with regards to COVID-19, I had a pleasant experience when I visited Driver License office in Amarillo today. All personnel was very polite, efficient, and professional.
