I wanted to brag on one of your employees, Felicia, from the McKinney office. I had an appointment to renew my driver license and change my name. Felicia greeted me outside and was extremely kind, positive and very friendly. While going through my documents, we realized that I was missing my social security card and birth certificate. She tried to use the information I had to change my name and renew my license, but they still needed the other documents. I live close by so I was able to run home and grab the documents needed and return. Felicia personally took my application and met me at her counter. I was beyond frustrated and her patience and kindness really helped me calm down.
