I would like to thank Evangeline Lopez, a license analyst IV in License and Record Service, for helping me receive my renewed license. I work overseas for the Army and there was a mix-up with my mailing address. Ms. Lopez responded to my inquiry about my late driver license, setting my mind at ease, and fixed the problem.
