I want to send out a KUDOS to the Paris DL office staff. I needed to assist my daughter with getting her permit. I didn't have an appointment.

I never write comments or feedback, but this is well-deserved. I was assisted by Miss Ebony H. And she was such a pleasure. Exemplar customer service and I can tell she’s a team player.

Alice did a phenomenal job. She answered all their questions and emailed the customer an extended temp. We are very thankful for that since he was already worn out and expired.
