I went to the Sulphur Springs office to renew my license. It was a bit crowded, probably due to spring break. But in spite of the crowd, the staff there was exceptional!

I want to recognize the staff at the Carrollton Mega Center for their professional handling of the crowds. Everyone we encountered displayed a positive attitude and communicated effectively regarding the long waits.

The lobby was so full and Jan was out speaking to people and helping them with forms and apologizing for the wait times.

I went to the Cameron office to get my new identification card. My application was very difficult because of an issues I had when I renewed my license.

I visited the Plano Driver License Office to renew my license. I'd like to commend the staff there for being very professional, working well with the public, and especially for working late.

My husband and I had to renew my license and his identification card. My husband had a stroke and has difficulty getting around, so it was a rather strenuous trip for us.

I am pleased to say that the system is very efficient. Then my number got called and as I approached the counter, Mischa met me with a smile and was ready to help!
