The following workouts are designed to be completed in under 30 minutes. These workouts will provide various movements, alternating between upper body strength and lower body strength/cardio. All of the posted workouts can be modified with the equipment listed here: Workout Box List. You do not need a gym or a lot of equipment to have a great workout. Consistency and intensity are the most important components of a workout regimen. Remember to modify the program to meet your specific needs and goals, and always speak to your medical provider before starting an exercise program.
