Our trained employee volunteers, called the Peer Support Team, provide peer-driven support to employees and their families and to others in the law enforcement profession involved in, or exposed to, both work related and personal critical incident stress and trauma. Our Peer Support personnel are trained in critical incident stress management and are supported by the VESS licensed mental health professionals.
