I would like to share the positive experience that I received with Kathy.

The appointment service works perfectly. Haven Cain was wonderful, all of the employees were extremely friendly and courteous. Once in the appointment, it was fast. A great experience!

I came in to get my motorcycle license added to my Driver License, and from the time I went to her window to the time I left it all went smooth.

My husband, my daughter and I were the last appointments of the day. Kippie, Eloisa, and Marivelle were so helpful and nice as we all needed to update our addresses on our driver licenses.

LaTonya at our Denton location was great. I was lucky enough to have Ms LaTonya at the counter. She was very knowledgeable, and even told early morning jokes with me.

I just wanted to commend everyone that I dealt with at the Huntsville Driver License Office on SH 75.

I had the distinct pleasure of renewing my driver license in the McKinney, Texas DPS office. Most of us do not look forward to spending time at the DPS, but this time was different.

Myrta Cortez assisted me with renewing my license. She did an awesome job, was fast and kind.
