Lana at the Georgetown DPS helped us transfer our licenses from out of state. She was absolutely superb. We were missing insurance information and she guided us as to how to obtain said information. Her expertise and demeanor was excellent. Lana singlehandedly made the entire DPS experience wonderful. Everyone needs this level of employee.
