I wanted to let you know that I had a very pleasant experience renewing my driver. I couldn’t make an appointment online but I went in anyway.

I waited my turn and found out I needed other forms. So I returned to the waiting area to complete them, then was recalled to station Jo Ann Prazelini was working.
