I recently had to get a new driver license. Jan Wall assisted me and I found her to be very professional and she gladly answered all of my questions completely.

I went to the Houston North Mega Center location last week to renew my driver's license and wanted to share with you how impressed I was with how organized and fast the process was for me.

I would like to commend the license department of Carthage. We were in and out in less than 45 minutes. Everything went quickly. Everyone was very polite and helpful.
