My wife and I were driving back from Knoxville, Tennessee when we were stopped by Trooper Steele on Interstate 30. My wife and I were both impressed with Trooper Steele’s professionalism and friendly demeanor.

As my daughter and I were traveling east on I-20, my vehicle had a flat tire. Trooper Shields was stopped with another vehicle just beyond where I pulled off the highway.
Sergeant Price performed a traffic stop on me this afternoon for an out of date registration sticker. He greeted me very politely when he walked up to my vehicle.
Alberta was very friendly, professional and tried to let people know what documentation they needed so they didn't get in the building and find out they needed something else!

Angela at the Columbus Office was kind, patient, courteous and efficient. I am a 74-year-old with hearing loss. A true asset to the Columbus office.
My husband and I were attempting to renew our driver license at the Carrollton office. Not only was John patient, cordial, courteous, our attempt would have been a failure without his help.
I was pleased with the professionalism of all staff personnel at the Carrollton office. I especially wanted to give kudos to Jeremy Ketchersid for excellent customer service.
