Description:
The deceased was wearing beige straw cowboy hat and had on a white metal necklace with a white metal cross. He had a brown knife sheath on his belt with no knife contained inside. He was wearing a red mesh T-shirt with white trim with " Have a Coke and a smile- cokes add life" written on it. He was also wearing faded blue jeans, a brown leather belt with brown buckle, blue socks, tan shoes with velcro straps, and light blue jockey underwear.
The victim was found in an alley at 1100 West Jefferson.
