Description:
Victim was heavy set with medium black wavy hair with gray spots and a black mustache. The victim was found wearing a green jacket over a brown and tan long sleeve western style shirt, green pants, black briefs, a western style belt with a silver metallic buckle and black sandals. Decedent was the victim of a vehicular accident. A surviving occupant of the vehicle gave Arturo Morales as the name of the decedent but the reporting agency has not been able to confirm the id.
