Description:
Decedent was found at 2261 Hemphill Street, Fort Worth, Texas. He had a tattoo on the left forearm of the letters "J", "N" and "F"; another tattoo on right forearm of an unknown symbol. Decedent was mildly obese with curly black hair 1 to 3 inches in length, and he had a black moustache and several missing teeth.
