Description:
The victim was wearing a long sleeved black sweatshirt, a black T-shirt, a plaid short sleeved button down shirt, slacks, socks, black shoes and a denim jacket.
The victim has a tattoo of the State of Texas on his upper left arm, a circular scar on the left elbow, a irregular circular scar on knees. His teeth are natural in poor condition with multiple caries and missing teeth. The victim may have gone by the first name of Craig and may have a brother living in Farmers Branch, Texas. He was found submerged in a creek that runs under bridge at 2200 W. Northwest Highway in Dallas, Texas.
