Description:
The remnants of a pair of Wrangler jeans with "T Howard" written in the inside of the right front pocket and a sole and tongue of a size 10 1/2 Riddell shoe.
Possibly Hispanic. Poorly healed broken right cheekbone and indications of a crooked nose. Possibly trauma to the right forehead. Personal items found included a ring, size 6, copper with a green inlay. A small skeleton key, a military style can opener and a fingernail clipper were found on a snap ring.
The victim could have been 34-84 years of age. Death occurred between the years of 1998 and 2005, probably closer to 1998.
The victim was found 1 mile north east of Palo Pinto, Texas.
